About this course

Explore the effects of food on health What, and how much, we eat has an enormous impact on our health. But with confusing packaging and news headlines it can be hard to know how to eat well and what foods could potentially harm us.

On this course you will learn the basics of nutrition for staying healthy as an adult and as an older person. You will also learn about the health problems that can be caused by poor nutritional choices. Finally you will learn how to identify harmful food additives and the risks they pose to health.
